I can’t say enough good things about this team. I started working with them about a month and a half ago and I have been thorough impressed thus far. As a woman navigating perimenopause, finding providers who truly listen and understand what you’re experiencing can be incredibly difficult. From the very beginning, I felt heard and supported. What makes this practice especially unique is that it’s a team of women supporting other women through a stage of life that many of them are navigating themselves. There’s something valuable about working with providers who not only have the education and expertise, but who truly understand these changes on a personal level. I never felt dismissed or rushed. Instead, I felt understood, validated, and empowered with information and options. The entire process has been seamless. From the intake, to my first consultation and having my medication shipped directly to my door. Everything was explained clearly and from the time I made my initial appointment to the time my treatment plan was at my door was incredibly quick. One of the things that stood out most to me was how affordable and reasonable their subscription based model is. Healthcare in general has become completely unaffordable for many which make their model unique. The value they provide is exceptional, especially considering the level of personalized care, access, and ongoing support you receive. I had the choice or using my insurance for my lab work, or paying a small flat fee to go through them (via Labcorp) and they truly make it so affordable. I was also able to easily use my HSA to pay for the service and my medications. I’m also super impressed with their follow ups and check ins to see how I’m responding. It feels nice to know you are on a team, not just a number in a massive healthcare system. They don’t just prescribe and disappear. They genuinely want to know how you’re doing and make sure you’re getting the results and support you need. If you’re looking for a team of women who understand women’s health and are passionate about helping you feel your best during all the beautiful (and complicated) chapters of womanhood, I highly recommend the team at Ember!
