Super relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Lots of thought put into layout and cleanliness. Check in online is preferred but they were very forgiving of my inexperience. $12 for an hour and a half -under $25 for an apple juice and time to drink my latte without doing more than observing? Mom wins!
